We deliver building supplies within a 100km radius of our warehouse located in Albury-Wodonga.

  • Delivery fees for building supplies within this radius apply.

2. Shipping for Toolshop Orders
For customers purchasing from our Toolshop section, we offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12 flat rate for standard-sized items.

  • Larger Goods: $30 flat rate for larger or bulkier items that require special handling.

3. Click and Collect for XL Goods
For extra-large (XL) items such as heavy machinery or oversized tools, we offer Click and Collect only.

  • You can order XL items online and choose to pick them up directly from our warehouse in Albury-Wodonga.

  • Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email or SMS notification with details on how to collect your items.

4. Delivery Times

  • We aim to process orders promptly, with dispatch typically within 1-3 business days for building supplies and toolshop items.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the 100km radius for building supplies. Shipping for toolshop orders will generally take 3-7 business days, depending on the product and delivery location.

5. Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect address details.

  • Availability: Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If no one is available, we may need to reschedule the delivery, which may incur additional charges.

  • Tracking: For toolshop orders, you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. For building supplies, please contact us directly for tracking or delivery updates.
